Return & Refund Policy

At Live In Peace, we aim to provide a smooth and straightforward return process for our customers.


Return Period

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return items.

 

Special Offer Returns

If you return an item purchased as part of our “2 for €55” promotion, the refund will be adjusted based on the regular price of the item(s) you keep.
All shirts have a regular price of €40. For example, if you return one shirt from the promotion, the remaining shirt will be charged at its standard price of €40, and your refund will reflect this adjustment.


Return Inspection Policy

Please note that we do not use hangtags on our items. However, each returned item undergoes a strict quality inspection upon arrival.
Returning worn items is strictly prohibited. Any signs of wear will be detected during our inspection process, and such returns will be refused without exception.


Return Process

No prior approval or permission is required to initiate a return. Simply start your return or exchange by clicking this link or by visiting the "Make an Exchange or Return" page on our website.


Conditions for Returns

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.

Returns of items that are damaged or used will be rejected and will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Processing and Refunds

Please allow up to 14 calendar days from the date we receive your returned items for processing and refund issuance.

Please note that we do not accept returns using old return forms.
These forms are no longer valid due to changes in our return locations.

All returns must be registered and processed exclusively through the Reveni system.
The only valid return address will be provided within Reveni.

Returns that:

  • use outdated return forms,

  • include forwarded or copied forms, or

  • are not registered through Reveni,

will not be accepted or processed.
