REFUNDS

 

How to refund:

 

Please send an email to personalliveinpeace@gmail.com with the following information:

 

- NAME THE SUBJECT OF THE EMAIL TO YOUR ORDER NUMBER

- WHICH ITEM WOULD YOU LIKE TO RETURN?

 

In response, we will send you an automatic email containing your return form. Complete this completely and return your package exactly as stated in our return form.

IF YOU DO NOT INCLUDE A RETURN FORM IN THE PACKAGE, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ISSUE A REFUND, AS WE WON'T KNOW WHO THE PACKAGE IS FROM.

Note: Live In Peace is not liable for errors not made by Live In Peace that result in the package not arriving at the correct return address!

 

 

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you’ve received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and have all original tags still attached. 

 

REFUNDS 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-9 working days.

 

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are to return an item from outside The Netherlands, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges. Live in Peace is NOT responsible for any customs charges made or any lost packages during returns.

 

There will be no additional shipping charges for resending an order. However, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Live in Peace is not responsible for any return shipping expenses. 

 

EXCHANGES

We kindly ask for your understanding that exchanges can only be processed by returning the product and placing a new order for the desired item through our website. This allows us to ensure the best possible service and availability.
