A pre-order allows you to reserve items from our upcoming collection before they are officially available for sale. By placing a pre-order, you secure your desired items to receive them as soon as they become available, even before they are publicly released for regular sale.

When you place a pre-order, the selected item is reserved for you. Once the stock of the respective collection arrives at our warehouse, we will process and ship your order so you can have it in hand on the day of the official release. The shipping of pre-orders is subject to the transit time of the collection's stock delivery, typically not exceeding 2 weeks.

What is the delivery time of a pre-order?

The delivery time of a pre-order is different from the normally used delivery time. We always try to deliver a pre-order within 2 weeks. This differs for some collections because the product is not dropped within 2 weeks. That is why we ask you to be patient while waiting for a pre-order. Trust that we will do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as we can.
